1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StarGen is an AI-powered photo generation tool that allows users to create images by blending their photos with other elements or scenes. The App uses artificial intelligence technology to generate these images.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Generate specific content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Upload photos of others without their consent.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass any safety filters or restrictions implemented in the AI models.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro Access: Some features of the App require a paid subscription ("Pro").
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., weekly or annually). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.
