These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FightLab. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: FightLab provides AI-generated coaching suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other discomfort.
• FightLab is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from your use of the App or participation in any workout.
• AI-generated technique feedback is based on pose estimation and may not be 100% accurate.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
