This Privacy Policy explains how FightLab ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FightLab: AI Boxing Coach mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Profile data – name, gender, birth year, height, weight, training experience, stance, style, and goals you enter during onboarding. All fields are optional.
• Coach conversations – messages you send to the AI coach are processed to generate responses.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Anonymous identifier – we use Firebase Anonymous Authentication. You are assigned a random UID; no email address or phone number is required.
• Session & usage data – punch counts, session duration, skill scores, and workout completions are stored in Firebase Firestore under your anonymous UID.
• Camera data – when you use the Analyze feature, video frames are processed on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Raw video is not uploaded to our servers; only derived metrics (punch counts, scores) are stored.
• Device information – iOS version and device model may be collected for crash diagnostics.

1.3 Payment Information

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize coaching and weekly workout plans
• Generate AI technique feedback (data is sent to our backend and processed via OpenAI API)
• Sync your progress across devices via Firebase
• Improve the App and fix bugs
